ValiDesign is proud to be awarded Matcon’s new office project. We’ll be leading the full interior design, shaping a space that reflects their strength and expertise. Axiom Construction joins us as our construction partner, bringing the build to life with precision and reliability. Excited to get this one underway.

Hologram Zoo is a next-generation attraction originally launched in Australia, using cutting-edge holographic projection to create immersive, life-size wildlife experiences without real animals. Guests move through high-tech, cinematic environments that feel futuristic and educational all at once. ValiDesign is proud to bring this concept to its new location, with Omega Construction partnering with us to deliver the build. We are excited to be part of this unique new project to bring a new attraction to our city!

Nch’ḵay̓ is the economic development arm of the Sḵwx̱wú7mesh Úxwumixw (Squamish Nation), driving sustainable growth and long-term prosperity for their community.

It gives us great pride to contribute to this work and to support a project that gives back to the community in a meaningful way. ValiDesign is teaming up with Etro Construction to deliver this project.

Garden Drive

A collection of 40 contemporary homes focused on unparalleled comfort and sustainability.

Just wrapped up the design for the newest @anytimefitness located in Kitsilano @ 2211 W 4th. An amazing workout space built by @vpacconstruction . The project roughly 9000 sqft had many unique challenges that we were able to collaborate with our partners and solve all of them successfully. Congratulations to everyone involved.

A few months ago, ValiDesign was tasked by Bosa Properties and, in collaboration with Axiom Builders, to create a comprehensive design package for a multi-floor tower in Burnaby. Our work included the design of commom washrooms, elevator lobbies, suite entry surrounds, and corridors. Here are a few pictures of the first floor that was completed based on this new building standard package.The project was a success and we are already in the process of starting the upgrades of other floors. Very grateful and excited to be part of this project. Kudos to our internal design team for putting this together for our client.

The By The Bay development is indeed a very refined and exquisite property that brings a unique and exclusive living experience to the owners. Indeed the jewel of the city.

As the interior designer for this development, we tried to cherish the same values, designing spaces that are cultured and distinguished within our two very different beautiful schemes. The “Classic Scheme” , with a warm, regal, and ageless style from using classic herringbone light oak hardwood floors to the beautiful and grand look of European marble tiles in the washrooms.

The “Modern Scheme” which is a bold, sophisticated and elegant take on the same values noted above, but through the lens of contemporary design. From the crisp look of the brushed champagne bronze faucet and handles of the kitchen to the mesmerizing marble porcelain floors with beautiful movement in the pattern that tells a story, every corner of this scheme is vibrant and sexy which would appeal to those who like a more edgy and unique place to live.
